The Galaxy Note 10, the latest in Samsung’s line of big, stylus-enabled smartphones, has a new feature that isn’t getting as much attention as the rest. The Note 10 is the first phone to support PlayGalaxy Link, a Samsung service that allows players to stream games from a Windows PC to the phone.
